Conte Sketching Pencils

This is a dry pencil and can be shaded off easily. With sharpened lead you obtain a finer more delicate finish. With a half worn lead appearance, is opaque depending on the force exerted on the pencil.

Recommended for:

(1) Quick sketches

(2) Nudes: sketching the most contrasted parts of the body

(3) Portraits: highlights the values of the face

(4) Landscapes: instantly obtains the colour of a tree trunk or the facade of a house.

White pencil can be used to soften the other colours or used alone on coloured and especially black paper.
